All parcels will be sent via the South African Postal Service and will be available for collection from your local Post Office. A tracking number for your parcel will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched. Our standard delivery charge for all areas of South Africa begins at R150 (weight depending) and any orders for items totaling R2000 or more will be delivered free of charge

Returns can only be accepted in its original packaging and with original labels within 14 days of receiving the order. Please enclose your proof of payment and your full contact details and banking details.

The cost of returning any item to us is your responsibility and we will refund you the cost off the item, less the original postage cost to get it to you. Ordering Ordering online

Special Orders

If you are looking for something particular that you cant see it on our website or is currently showing as out of stock, please email us or call us and we will try to order it for you. Please note that the specials orders may be subjected to additional delivery times/costs but we will be able to advise you of these.


For firearms please email items of interest for an invoice. Once the invoice is accepted follow the following steps: – On acceptance of invoice the full amount is payable

– License application will be emailed to you within 48 hours

– You will have 12 months to apply. (Proof of payment must be submitted to Outfitters 4 Africa)

REFUNDS: Unsuccessful license applications will be refunded in full less 25% for handling fee and storage. Faulty Items In an unlikely event that the item is faulty or has been sent in error, we will refund your return postage costs up to our standard delivery charge of R150. Please send us a copy of the receipt so that the refund for this can be processed.

For all returns, we recommend that you obtain proof of posting and adequate insurance as we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for return items lost in transit.
